Hofstra University Observatory
Hofstra University's "Stars on Sundays" series


Participants are allowed to use telescopes for star-gazing
while learning about the universe from college astronomers.

The Hofstra Observatory, partially includes Celestron telescopes and computerized CCD cameras.
The Observatory is located on the roof of the Chemistry and Physics Building.

The Hofstra Observatory is located on the 4th floor of the
Chemistry and Physics Building,
at the intersection of California Avenue and Huntington Place,
 two blocks south of Hempstead Turnpike.
